Anyone who is interested in adopting a cat especially a siamese cat, please check siameserescue.org. We adopted our Ellie through them. They have pictures and profiles of each cat. You can request to adopt a cat that is located as far away, I believe, as Texas. Our Ellie was rescued in Ohio, was sent to a foster parent from Houston and was flown from Houston (Volunteer and Ellie's tickets were from donated mileage) to us here in CT.
