It came in the mail today and as promised i said i would let you know how it came out when i got it!!!

I designed it through theblurb.com using their program Booksmart. It was really easy to use (much easier then shutterfly). The book is hard cover and has a glossy paper book cover on it with the picture i selected. The pages are like book pages, yet glossy. Its hard to see the true quality of it in the pics but its beautiful. The book is about 38 pages and it was about $38.00 with 2nd day air!!!

Im so excited!!!! Now at least i know that I can do the same with our wedding pics to make our parent albums and it will save us a lot of $$$!!!

Here it is!!!!

(SORRY SOME CAME OUT BLURRY I WAS SO EXCITED TO GET IT I DIDNT MAKE SURE THE PICS I TOOK OF IT WERE GOOD HAHHA)

I love it..I love it..I love it!!!

I am def. stealing your idea! Thank you so much!

I was thinking of doing something like this through Snapfish...but the pics you posted of your book is just so beautiful!! Your engagement pics just look so classic..you must be so happy.

I wish I had some professional pics to make a book with right now hehe..

I might make a book like this for my mother for Christmas with pics of all of us..

Woohoo!! Now I'm excited!! lolz..Thank you!!

Oh def steal away - thats why I posted it. plus i know that some girls were planning on making their own parent albums (which is what i want to do) Blurb or Mypublisher is so much easier than snapfish... (thats the one i tried not shutterfly opps)

they both only let you choose from set page templates, but loading hte pics and putting them in the book is really hard on snapfish. On blurb i just had to drag them and it was easier to browse them.

the only thing i noticed with these books isthat you ahve to have good quality pictures or you get that little yellow warning exclamation point saying that the pictures may not look as great when published. I had tried to make a book like this with our Eparty pics and the disposable camera ones werent good.
