Come see what we've been up to!!!!! (PICS INSIDE!!!!)

We first found our house in October, Kevin and I looked at each other and said 'those trees are coming out the first nice day of spring!!'

Here's a pic from the day we moved in, notice the trees blocking the whole house!!


So then we took them out, that's my brother in the pic.


Aaah, much better, now we could actually SEE the house!!


Then Kevin came up with the brilliant idea to move the bushes from the front of the house, to the side along the driveway. We also got a flag!!!


This weekend was the cherry on top, Kevin had another genius idea to add blue shutters to the front windows and give the house some color!!!!!! And we had one of our co-workers come over and build us a railing!!!!! Then we were able to plant flowers!!!!!






Yes, that's a real functioning lighthouse in the corner of our property!!!


We're just SOOOOOOOOO proud of ourselves for all of the hard work we've done over the past 2 months, I had to share!!!!!! We're so in love with our house now that it's really becoming our HOME!!!!!!!

And I just have to say how wonderful of a husband I have, he's really done a lot of work on our house and I'm so very grateful to be on this journey with him!!!!!! What's even better, now we can just relax and sit on our porch while we celebrate our anniversary on Sunday!!!!!!!!!!
