From the reviews I have seen I have stayed pretty far away from that place. Most of the reviews were for the Brides and the packages they were now hooked into. It might be ok to get a dress there but I don't know if it will end up being a hassle. Google it and look for reviews on the place. I wasn't too happy with what I read.
To be honest, the majority of the feedback I've heard about that place is negative. Though, I have heard some good things, too! It's a tough call! GL!
I dont know about alterations but I know that be careful if you order your dress from them. Im in a bridal party and we ordered our dresses from them and almost everyones dress was ordered incorrectly. They ordered them extra long!!!! The kids dresses were 2 feet longer than them and the sample fit them perfect! I would not recomment doing any type of business with them
I have had very good experiences with them. I ordered my dress and BM dresses and everything came in just as I ordered it. We also got our invitations there. I know many people on this website don't care for them, but I have been very happy. That place is always packed on Saturday's, so they must be doing something right! Good luck!
I haven't dealt with them personally but my two best friends both did and loved it. They had a great experience. I think every place has its bad days.
i hate that place!!!!!! if i were you go to wedding WORLD in commack its like 2 minutes away from wedding center! they are awesome there!! wedding center was so rude to me!! if you want some Info FM me!! i have been dealing with them for over a year and have no complaints
