I have heard some really bad things about the wedding center. One of the main complaints seem to be that their prices for the dresses are super cheap because they always order the dresses like 5 times too big and they make most of their money from the alterations. .

I ordered a dress for my friend's wedding about 5 years ago. I had no problems. They wanted to order me a larger size, but I refused and told them they were ridiculous. My alterations were fine too.

I got my Jr. Bridesmaid and my mom got her dress there. Great selection, good pricing customer service -- left nothing be desired. They did nothing wrong but were not my favorite people to deal with.

They are rude and pushy but have a large selection. I tried my dress on there then had another place match their price and plan to do the same for the BMs. I don't think they deserve my money or anyone elses.

My Mom and FMIL just ordered there dresses the other day from here. Nothing bad, but not impressed. I hope for their sake that they do a great job, because if they don't my mother will rip them a new one and drive them crazy.

i got 2 bridesmaid dresses there for weddings i was in...

it depends on the sales girl..

sometimes the girls are super helpful and really nice

but there is one particular lady who is a little flaky and annoying...not necessarily rude or pushy...

they actually kept the store open for us a half hour late because i was having such a hard time deciding...i thought they were very helpful...

the dresses are def cheaper

as for alterations..im almost positive they cap out at liked 65? I could be wrong... I didn't do my alterations there

i had to get 2 bridesmaids dresses from there and i actually found my wedding dress there. but i did NOT order it from there and would personally never use them. every single time im in there, girls are either crying and/or yelling because something went wrong (between wrong dress ordered, wrong size ordered, dress still not in-thats a big one, alterations were done wrong or poorly, etc.) also, they dont tell you this, but they absolutely do not store dresses. as soon as they come in, you have to go pick it up and then bring it back and forth with you for alterations. salespeople i could go on and on about, but basically they are incredibly unprofessional and only in it for the $$. imo- the prices are good but REALLY not worth it.

I got my BM dresses from their and it was a great experience. We worked with a salegirl named Elle, ask for her if you go. All the girls dresses came in a month ahead of schedule and the prices were at least $50 cheaper than anywhere else. I agree some of the girls dresses are a little bit big, however, they have an alterations cap of I think $65 so they won't charge you anymore than that. I hope that helps.

I agree. I went to look at veils and headpieces and the saleswoman was very pushy and trying to get me to pick the ones she liked and didn't listen to anything I wanted.

I bought my dress off the rack in their clearance area and was thrilled. But I think you can see it's hit or miss here. It's nuts during the weekends. I was there mid-week and was the only one there for the majority of the time. The 'older' women there seem to be pushy and rude, but the women I worked with were wonderful. I had a great experience, but while I was there watched a bride and her 2 friends storm out. I think if you go in there and know what you want and aren't looking to be treated like a princess, then you could save some $$$. I guess it comes down to your priorities. HTH.
