Hey ladies...just curious if any of you had any communiation issues with your RH? It seems like I do, and I'm wondering if I should speak directly to the owner...I just think after emailing and leaving messages, to not hear back is just not right. I finally get a call back, am not available, return the phone call, and then 5 hours later, still no response. It took two weeks, after an email, and two phone calls, to finally get a call back.
I would def contact the owner. I was called back within minutes of my messages. Even if it wasn't my banquet manager, someone called me to try to help me or just to let me know when he would be in. Just tell them you fell like they are not responding to you in a timely matter and you were wondering if there is a specific reason or if there is someone else you can work with from this point forward.

i would call and speak to the owner...like the other bride said, usually i get called back within minutes
