Commuters with monthly/weekly tickets and/or metro cards

Where do you keep them? Wallet or card holder?
I have a card holder that's falling apart. If you use one, where did you get it? I need one that's really sturdy to hold my tickets, building ID and a couple of other cards.

I have one my company gives to put the ID in, so I use it for my metrocard and LIRR ticket. It's on a lanyard..

When I commuted I used a card holder they sell at J. Crew. It comes in cute colors and can hold a few cards.

You can probably just go to Macy's and look in the section where all the wallets are. I have a coach change purse/card holder, but I used to have something with a little window, so you could just show your pass. The metrocard equivalent here is really cool because it's sensor-read and you don't even have to take it out of your wallet!

Mine rips and they give me another...it's just stupid plastic. I go through them all the time.
