All my spanish speaking ladies, please help a white girl out! Lol. I need 20 invites en espanol and my invite lady wants the wording asap. How are formal invites worded? Does anyone have an example? Or can anyone help me out?

Thank u!! I have to run this past my fmil and see what she says. The only thing that I think I did understand is that u translated a quater past five to mean 5:25. I think anyway.. how do I say it like 5:15? Ya know what I mean?
