Company Decisions

Assume you absolutely love the work you do.

When your company has been making organizational decisions that you simply can't understand and/or don't agree with .. how long do you stick around??? (That is if you're included in their plans and not on the chopping block).

Re: Company Decisions

It can seem so contradictory to logic sometimes can't it??? What has helped me was actually talking to some of the decision makers. Even if you don't consider them 'accessible' , in my expereince, if you reach out to them they will be impressed that you asked for their insight and also likely interested in your opinion since you are more on the 'front line'!

Good luck!
