Completed stuff with pictures for invites

Okay I haven’t been posting that much the last couple of days. But I have a really good reason.

I HAVE FINALLY COMPLETED SOME STUFF. I like planning stuff, I like organization but to be honest the wedding todo’s list was listed but not worked on b/c I had so much other to work on but finally I was like ohh snap.. it is soon I better get a move on... lol

I have been burning the midnight oil putting together invites. These past two weeks I have:

- Found & ordered flower girl dresses
- ordered & received my favors
- Made sure mom’s got their dresses
- Made sure dad’s are in their tux
- Designed my activity books
- MOH sis got her some fierce shoes.
- Ordered & designed my custom stamps & had them shipped super fast..
- Finished my invite design
- Printed, cut & pasted those bad boys together, which I must say doing your own invites is a MAJOR production. Several nights until 4 in the morning doing it
- Scheduled meeting with the Church musician, DJ, & makeup artist


Okay I am gloating, But I was soo depressed the couple of weeks before with everything so this is a breakthrough

Now for the bad part the BM is MIA.. no contact or calls in over 3 weeks. He is out in cali & now we are really worried for him. He has no voicemail at the house so we try & try to contact him but to no avail. I really really hope he is ok,.. but if he is I am going to kill him.. if that makes sense. My first concern is for his safety & making sure he is ok.

I have to write down everything I did. But it sure was a pain, I did the design, printing & all the cuts on the paper, matted down all myself. It is definitely a big job!!

but I love graphic design so it was a passion for me.

thank you. I really wasn't before, & was just in a funk.. then whoosh. I got some stuff done. I am really worried about the BM though now.

Oh the stamps, I designed myself & uploaded into Zazzle. They were great. i really liked the quality of the stamp. let me know if you need help there. maybe I can find a coupon.

Aww thank you so much. I am liked super HYPED now. I want to make something else. I felt soo good making my own invites. They are sturdy too, they feel substantial when you hold the paper. I never would have been able to afford someone to do this amount of work, so I had to do it myself!

Thank you! I feel all accomplished staying up so late I thought it would never end. I had to stop myself. I wanted to make a ribbon & custom enclosure for the outside, but by the 2nd night of late night work I knew I would never been done with the project if I kept adding on. Plus for all my hard work only a handful of people will notice.

But at least I have invites that are unique & reflects my work style

Thank you!. You know when you start something & you can't go to sleep until it was done. They first night I stayed up I was forced to go to bed after a while b/c my body was crashing...

I had to double check my work though to make sure i caught any of my late night mistakes.. like wrong addresses ect.

Thank you. I wish you could see the paper fabric though. They pictures are a little off so you can't see texture, but the paper that i printed on is linen finish & I love how it plays off the metallic shine of the back.

BUT the envelops were horrible to print on, at least every third envelop got destroyed. Luckily I over ordered!!
