Actually they are pretty good. Just take an aspirin before you go.

I stopped in a bar and got 2 shots of sambuca before I went. To each their own LOL

FH asked if I will wax for the wedding -- he saw some show on TV where they make mongrams for brides. I think its stupid, but he keeps asking.

I am soooo afraid of waxing. Does it hurt superbad??

It hurts, but I don't think it hurts too much. It's over before you know it. And if you take 2 advil it takes some ease off the pain. Go for it, your FH will love it

And to answer the original post, I've never been there. But with a name like that it's probably a good place.

I thought Completely Bare was a laser hair removal place? It's waxing?

They also do waxing. It does hurt but it's not that bad and the pain is for like 2 seconds. It's totally worth it though, esp. if you're going on vacation.

Jeez I don't remember which one! I have to look at my calendar at work.

It's not that bad if you take some advil (or alcohol..lol) and make sure they use a new stick each time they dip it into the wax. Even for yourself. Otherwise...you dont' kow who else has been waxed...a new stick means nothing gets in the wax that could be transmitted to anyone else. The girl I had did that and I assume they all do. But ask and make sure they do anyway.

how long does a brazilian last? if i wanted to go try it out well before the wedding, and then get it done right before the wedding, how far apart should these visits be?

As a woman who has bikini waxes every 6 weeks or so for about 6 years- let me tell you- its not too terrible. I hate pain, but I started doing this. It always will hurt a little but you get used to it. I definitely recommend it. After a while it lasts about 3-4 weeks. I have been going to Haven Spa- its good there and very inexpensive. I also love Ella Bache. Completely Bare and J. SIsters are supposed to be great!
