Does anyone know how to save and/or print an image off of a video?
I'm trying to get images of bridal hair that Frederick Fekkai did on a Martha Stewart Weddings Special, that only the video is online
ANY help is GREATLY appreciated!

I think you can do it with a screenshot utility like SnagIt or CaptureWiz (you can get these types of programs from Download.com)

Grr I tried downloading both programs and my computer is blocking them Damn firewalled company laptops! The nerve!
Any other ideas?

do you have a mac or a pc?
if its a mac you can just pause it and then take a screenshot apl+shift+4

what kind of file is it? .mov , .wma, .avi or something? can you FM me the link? maybe I can do it from my computer.
I am constantly using screenshots, especially when I am searching for flowers from high end designers that only use Flash to host their photo galleries suckers!

Pause the video, take a screenshot (use ALT-Prtsc) and paste it into paint. Then cut out the area of the screen that you want and in a new paint doc, paste that pic and save. I do it like that all the time.
