Hi girls....Im in some desperate need of some help. Does anyone know how to save or make a PDF file from documents in microsoft word?? I have all the documents for my invitations and inserts saved on microsoft word and the printer called and said i need to send it to him as a PDF file so it will open the same exact way. How can I do this?????? Anyone that could help me I appreciate it.

Do you have a scanner? You could scan the documents and save them as a jpeg.
Or you could fax them to him. Does he have a fax number?

You need to have PDF writer software. I have it at home, I won't be home until around 7 pm. If you want to email it to be, I can convert it and send it back.

If you have Acrobat Reader installed, you go to file - print, then instead of your regular printer change it to 'Adobe PDF' then you are in a sense printing to a digital page. A save as dialogue box will come up and you can change the file name as needed. Give this process a minute to work, then it will pop up in an Adobe PDF version and you can see how it looks. Anything else just FM me!

If you have Adobe photoshop you can open the files on photoshop and resave them as PDF's. I am sure if you save them as JPG's he can view them. If you are really desperate you can send them to me and I can turn them to PDF files, then send them right back. FM if you'd like.

do you have the 2007 version of Microsoft office? if so, you can save as pdf without extra software.
