Computer Help....trying to save a picture

You can't. The file is what it is.
However, once you have saved it onto your machine you will be able to convert it with a graphics program like photoshop, for example.

Open the file, and in many graphics programs you will be able to do a save as, and change the file type at the bottom of the save window.
