computer question

hi girls!
question for those of you who are good on the computer.... i put my guest list and addresses in an excel spreadsheet. when i open it up on my computer, its perfect... a nice, easy to read chart. BUT... when i go to print it out, the names are on one page and the addresses are on another... kinda confusing to look at. my sister is gonna start doing my calligraphy soon, so i wanted to get it straightened out... thanks!

Re: computer question

It's possible that the addresses extend past the first page and instead of printing half of it on page 1 and half on page 2, it brings the addresses to the 2nd page. If you either change the layout to landscape or reduce the size of the font - then preview the page, you will see if that helps.

I had that problem too, change the layout to landscape, and that should solve your problem.

Sounds like you need to include the print range or make your columns smaller so that all information fits and also check to make sure setting is for landscape.

If it still does not print, you can go to FILE & PAGE SETUP to change with the settings there.

Like others suggested, I would change it to Landscape.

You can change the margins to something small.

And then fiddle with the zoom factor or change it so that it fits to X pages wide and Y pages long.

Hope this helps!

Re: computer question

Go into VIEW and then PAGE BREAK PREVIEW you will be able to drag the page breaks to however you want to break them up.
