Computer saavy ladies - need help!

Computer saavy ladies - need help!

Okay, so, thanks to heathermatt, I have my church programs all squared away. Problem is, they are done in Microsoft Publisher, which I only have here at work.

Does anyone know any way to make the Publisher file open in another program, like Power Point or Word? I don't have Publisher on my home computer so I won't be able to print it out the way it is.

I LOVE it though, so I really want to be able to make this work! I called Kinkos and Staples to see what they'd charge to print them out for me, and it's totally insanely priced!!!

HELP!

i cant think of a way they would open in another program.

How about when youre at work to also do it on word or powerpoint so this way you can save it and send the file to yourself to print at home

if you have adobe on your computer, not the acrobat reader, but the actual adobe progam, you can save it as a pdf & then you will be able to print it @ home.

Oooooh really??? How do I do that? In Publisher, when the file is open, do I just click 'save as' and choose PDF?

Yeah, my friend did my invites and she saved it as a pdf for me. If you need, you can email me the file and I can convert it for you.

the reader is just to read files. You have to have the actually adobe program to save and edit files....the reader is the free version.

But if the program doesn't need editting, you can just open it in Adobe reader and print it. you don't need the writer
