computer suggestions?
My computer tries to die on a daily basis- recommendations for a laptop? moderately inexpensive. anyone work with computers-Help!

I really liked my HP. I've also had good luck with Toshibas. DH's Vaio crapped out in less than a year - screen went dead.

i think it depends. my toshiba busted within six months; DH is on his third Vaio and loves them. so i got a vaio as well and i'm happy with it.

JMO...HP is the best way to go. You can personalize it, up date it and get the most for your buck... jsut need to shop around. :)
