I guess all of the internet searches I have been doing lately for the wedding finally got the best of my Dell. I have a virus that destroyed my computer. I have an IT guy trying to fix it right now and I have to call Dell on monday. But if he cannot fix it, out the window goes my database of wedding addresses and wedding info/pictures. I should have backed it up on disk but i guess I just never thought i would get a virus. Oh well

depending on your situation, i may be able to help. let you guy try first, if you are still stuck, i will give it a whirl.
you can't boot into windows? or you don't see anything? what happen?
you can FM if you don't want to share with the world

Blue screen that says I have a trojan virus or something. My IT guy called me and said he really is having a hard time with it and I cannot find my DELL disk that I need. I will calll them on Monday and have them send me a disk and we will go from there! If i need help I will surely let you know. I have all my wedding stuff on my computer, including database of addresses.

well...i can access your information..techincally, to retreive data, all i need is your hd. if you would like to reinstall and repair your issue, we need your dell disk unless we put a different copy of windows on your machine... let me know, i'm in huntington
