Alright, we're in the process of booking our sandals honeymoon and was wondering what the difference was between concierge and regular room. We're really trying to save money but don't understand the whole whats included in the different types of room.
Also, are airport transfers guaranteed? IS that something we have to set up ahead of time? Thank you! Thank you!

Concerige?? I'm not too sure. I know the room I have has butler service. WHich sandals hotel are you looking at?

The top two level rooms at Whitehouse have butler service and are suites. Then there are the next level which generally have room service. Then is the next level which has the all inclusive food and drinks but no room service. I think also all rooms above the basic level have their own check in process and allow you to book your dinner reservations first. I hope that helps.
