is that royalton? There is an ongoing law suit with the owner of the building (the catering company is no longer a party i believe). i did not book there when i found this out. i posted about this recently.

Yes that is the Royalton. Hopefully I dont run into any issues. That could be horrible:(((
this is one of the websites created by the local residents. i believe it is a class-action. my only information comes from online (and ct documents) as well as directly asking the catering hall about it---- which they are quick to deny bc as far as i know they are no longer a party (just the owner of the land is).
i am not sure what will happen if the local residents win their rights back. goodluck! let me know if you hear any updates.
