We are located approximately one mile north of the LIE at exit 58. The LIRR is about 2.5 miles away. There is plenty of parking, never had a problem. There is a pool and a club house and tennis courts. You can have pets and there is a dog walk (we didn't have a pet). There is also a storage area.
We are asking @$289,000 to begin with, but are willing to hear all offers. The common charges are low - $350 a month. This includes all landscaping, snow removal, powerwashing of outside patio, etc.
It really is worth looking at - send me an e-mail, I will send you pics.
