Both are plenty marketable. I wouldn't worry about it. Just buy into a good neighborhood.

Where are you looking? Neighborhood matters most, but overall condos are easier to sell, but beware of a flip tax. If you find one you like, ask about that because you don't want to pay extra as the seller.

We bought a co-op in Brooklyn Heights, mostly because condos are extremely rare to find. Love the neighborhood, except for parking.
