condo's and townhouses

condo's and townhouses

I was wondering about condo's and townhouses! Dh and I want to look around for them in port jefferson station, mount sinai, bohemia, holtsville and places anyone knows of that is reasonable like a idea of 300.000?
we are looking we dont know if we can afford them now but just looking around because hopefully by the end of this year we might have enough to get something by the beginning of next year. TIA.

A friend of mine owns a beautiful condo at a development called bretton woods in coram...they are under and around 300,000...Also Blue Ridge in Medford is on a golf course and are in that price range...so is Woodgate Village in Holbrook...these are really nice too, and there is Nob Hill in Ronkonkoma...these are more apartment style. All of these are in your range.

thank you christy Dh said he doesn't want to look in the coram-medford area thank you soo much anyway but we are going to look into nobhill and woodgatevillage.

A friend of a friend lives in Bretton Woods. Supposed to be really nice, but I dont think Coram is that great of an area,.

yeah thats what Bob said. i dont think we are going to look in the coram-medford area he thinks its a really bad area. thank you anyway.

We live in Holtsville (Birchwood Glen). we live in a Co-op but there also townhouses in the development for under $300K. WE also looked at a community in Oakdale that wasn't too badly priced. FM me if you want more info.
