Does anyone know of condos on sale in Nassau county??

There arent too many that are affordable out there. We have been looking for a condo for awhile in Nassau. They do have a bunch of nice ones out in Suffolk though. Whenever I search for them on MLSLI I usually come up with ones in Hempstead, Freeport, Valley Stream, Island Park, Levittown, Oceanside, and Mineola.

Its ridiculous just when I find a nice one, I scroll down to the bottom and i read that you have to be 55+ in order to live there!!
