I went on a website that had monograms, but I don't understand once they come in, what do I do with it? Do I have to scan it on the computer? I want to order them. I am confused.

Typically when you purchase a monogram its in vector format and would need a program such as illustrator to open it and edit it. You can place vector graphics (eps) in word but you will not be able to edit them.
