Confused about centerpieces
I'm just not sure if someone at the table gets to take the centerpiece home? When does this apply?I just don't get it.

Re: Confused about centerpieces
normally someone at the table will just pick it up and take it home. it has applied at all the weddings i have been to. sometimes you will put a sticker or something on the bottom of one of the plates and the person who sits there gets it, or the couple that has been married to longest at the table gets it. you can do it however you want. i guess it is because the flowers will go to waste if no one takes em.

Re: Confused about centerpieces
If you rent the very high centerpieces than people only remove the top layer of flowers to take home. Low centerpieces are typically removed in their bases. I have SonicStef's on my table at home. No one should remove the centerpieces until AFTER the band plays the last song.

Or , ypu can have the DJ announce something. We played a game ...sort of like hot potato with a napkin. The dj just did it, or I was at a wedding, where they announced whoever's B-Day was the closest to your wedding date got to take the centerpiece home.

I had high centerpieces, and not too many people wanted the whole thing, so my mom took them down and took a few apart. we jsut started handing out one large beautiful flower to whoever we could. it was nice
