Ok, so basically I'm just going to need a hotel room for me and the girls to get ready in, we're not staying overnight at all...So, how do I go about making the reservation, my wedding is on the 26th, so do I make the reservation for the 26th and just check out really early like that day at 3:30. I can't check in the 25th because the latest check out they can give me is 2:30, thats definitely too early...Any ideas????

Re: Confused about getting ready at hotel
I think you have to pay the same rate at most hotels.. but I could be wrong. Can you check in the 25th at that time and then just leave and come back that night?? or the next day if thats better for you.

If i check in the 25th then the check out time is too early for me to leave for the temple...

i would book for the 26th with an early check in - hotels can let you check in around 11 or 12 - maybe earlier - but you will have to pay a little more for the early check in

I work for a hotel company...It's a day rate and you'll probably be charged the same rate as if you spent the night there...One thing to make sure of is if you plan on getting there in the morning, make sure you have early check-in. If you don't you run the risk of your room not being ready. My suggestion would be get the room the night before and get a late checkout the next day if you need it.

The latest checkout they'll give me is 12 or 1, so that doesn't work, i would have to be charged a half day rate, but this really nice woman at the Winngate is getting back to me and seeing what she can do for me....I basically need the room from 10-300ish

Can you use the bridal suite at your hall, or get ready at a room at your church/temple..?
