What happens if you don't meet the minimum rooms? Do you still get the rooms just not the extra perks?? So confused........
It depends on the hotel. Many have no contractual guarentee, some have a percentage of rooms you have to guarantee. Really you block off a certain# of rooms, and the price is held for your dates for your guests until a certain date. After that date the rooms that are not booked gets released and the hotel can book it to other people at a higher rate. There are perks when a certain number of rooms are booked. HTH
sometimes there is a fee, i would call your hotel and ask maybe you can change the # of rooms you need to a smaller amount
