Confused about reception hall seating.

Confused about reception hall seating.

Last week when we went to pick out our menu, I didn't notice how the tables were set up. Since I can't be on the phone at work now to call them, I was wondering, are the tables numbered like a clock or is it odd on one side even on the other?

I think that one side is odd and the other is even.

Usually one side is odd and the other even but I would double check before doing all that work to change it.

Ours have all odd on one side and even on the other...not sure though if all halls are set up like this though.

It depends on the hall. We dont' even have one side or the other, it's kind of an L-shape.

Most halls it is odd on one side evon on the other. Then again there are some brides that don't use numbers and instead name the tables. My cousin did this naming the tables according to where she and/or her husband had traveled to.

Not every hall has the floor plan set up with an odd side and an even side.
My hall is just rows of tables mostly set up at the foot of the dance floor so we dont have the odd or even thing going on.
