If the cake is included and we want to make changes we can't go to the baker directly? We have to go through the RH? Can someone please explain how this works. Also what if we did just go to the baker directly, how will the RH know? I mean its not like they can really do anything about it, right?
i know with wm most of the upgrades if you do it through them it is free
I just spoke with the bakery for my RH and they told me they don't deal with the brides directly.
For my cake the RH told me the bakery they work with and I called them and made an appointment for a cake tasting and to finalize what I wanted the cake to look like. Any upgrades I wanted I went through the bakery and paid them directly.
I would say ask your RH. My BM told me that I could go through him or speak to the bakery directly. I figured it was easier to speak directly to the bakery. I spoke to them on the phone and contacted them through email as well, to send pictures, etc. I did have to give the RH the money for our upgrades to give the bakery b/c we didn't see them leading up to the wedding.
Egra bakery will not deal with WM brides directly. I called and they told me to contact my BM directly. Ask for natasha. She know about all of the upgrades on the cakes and the cost
For Floral Terrace we go directly through the RH to put our order in, but I was told by my BM that if we want any further help that we should go straight to the bakery. For instance, if we want a tasting or if we want to get specific details or answers, we need to work directly with the bakery.

this is so ridiculous. I don't get why we cant speak to Egra Bakery! I tried contacting them and they wont even give me a courtesy call or email back. Just their customer service makes me want to say 'screw this' to my RH and get a different cake maker.

I was actually speaking to my RH about this on Saturday, she told me that they deal with the bakery for me. So I'm assuming, I tell them what I want from the options I'm given and the RH takes care of it.
Every hall is different contact your BM see what the deal it. For my hall I deal directly withthe bakery for any upgrades.

I thought so too but then I did a search and I saw a few girls who posted that they didn't go through WM that the called Erga and spoke to Lilly and she was super friendly and set up an appointment and met with them. Now I'm![]()
Each RH is different. Mine we deal directly with the bakery. I went to the bakery and if I want to add to my cake I have to pay the difference to the bakery directly the RH is not involved.
