I'm a bit partial, as I registered for the first one. Therefore my vote is for the first set.

i have #1 in my guest room. it was our bedding until we bought a king size bed (the old bed was a queen)

it's a PITA...every drop of water leaves a mark and it rustles when you move. we both hated it when we were trying to sleep. we do love the look, and there are matching drapes and stuff.
