We went tonight to pick up our BM dresses. My mom is my MOH so we get home and she tries on her dress a size 16 which fit her perfect except for the length in July. Now the dress doesnt fit it is REALLY tight. We are going to have to order her a new dress and my sister will probably need a new one too. My mom hasnt gained any weight since she tried to dress on in July.
Im confused. Has anyone else ordered dresses and when they recieved them they do not fit?

I tried on my wedding dress sample in the store. It fit perfectly. Then I ordered and tried it on when it came in...it was tight. The samples in the stores get streched out.

is there a size tag in the dress? Make sure the store ordered the correct size....if they didn't, you might be able to get them to rush you the right size without charging you extra for that.

One of my BM's is a size 4...had to order an 8!!! That's how top heavy she is!!! See is also 4'11' (but is wearing 4 inch heals, comfortably!!!) and will have to have at least 6 inches taken off her dress!!!
