Congestion Remedies?

Does anyone have any good ideas???

I can't breathe - i took mucinex and am waiting for it to work....i'm on zithromax....day 1....

i've tried nasonex and saline spray...and it's not working...

HELP!

try the zicam qtip thingy u put up your nose, a vaporizor and vicks makes a handheld vaporizer u can get at cvs and it has the most potent fizziez...your nose will fall right out lol.

i'm in the same boat...i had laryngitis and bronchitis about a week ago...thought i felt better for 2-3 days and now its been crazy congestion and coughing for 4 days. I'm taking advair because i was having trouble breathing.

okay - thank you Alberti....i totally forgot i have the vicks vaposteam personal thingy....

not helping though...i just want to jam something up there and suck it out.....

i'm totally being a baby - i can handle EVERYTHING you can throw at me body wise...but not this....i HATE not being able to breathe!

OR, when I was little with severe stuffy nose, my Mom would cut an onion, wrap it in wax paper, and I'd fall asleep, smelling my onion!!!! It worked!! But I don't know!!!! Does Dave like onions??????? Mary MOB

i second that...Afrin always does the trick for me...i hope you feel better soon

Afrin definitly does the trick for me!! I HATE that mucinex.. For some reason, it didn't work at all for me and I felt like I was drunk on it A bad drunk though... Plus, all it did was give me dry mouth... Zithromax and Afrin are my best friends when I am congested.. Feel better soon!

Okay - i got the afrin severe congestion and i feel better already!!! THANK GOD!!!!!
