Ladies I need your advice!!!!

I'm getting married July 16, 2011, and so far I booked the reception hall (WCC). My fiance and I looked at a Dj company and florist but haven't booked anything yet. We still need to book the church, florist, photographer, DJ. Should I be worried? Should I put a move on it, or do I have time?

Also, when should the 'save the date' cards be sent out?
