Congratulations to Melbajj on becoming......

..a grandmother today. Her new grandson was born at about 2:22 AM and weighed in at 7 lbs 12 oz. He is 21 inches long.

CONGRATULATIONS MELBA!!!!!!!!!!!

That's what my Mom told me when my first son, Michael, was born. She said that even t hough she loved my brothers and I to death she had no words to express the love she felt for my sons when they were born. She said that seeing the flesh of her flesh was beyond love.
I can't wait to have that feeling!!!!!!

Our Grandson is the 'apple of our eye',and almost like our fourth child, since I was present at his birth, being Donna's birth coach, and I helped care for him, from infancy until he was about four, and he still comes to our house every weekend. I eagerly look forward to any other Grandchildren THE LORD might bless us with!!!!! Debi and Fred have tentatively chosen the names, Macy Caye and Kingston, for their Daughter and Son. I don't know how they're spelled, but they have that island theme going on, that Debi loves! Mary

Thank you all. And yes he is my little angel. And here he is. His name is Elijah Alexander. He's my first and you know what that means I can't wait. And please say a little prayer for his daddy. Daddy has to leave and go back to Iraqu and won't be back until next July. It breaks my heart. thank you all.

Congrats. My mom says being a grandmother is the best thing to happen to her. She has two granddaughters by my sister -- and is eagerly awaing my wedding so she can have more!

for a speedy and safe return of his daddy! The same thing happened to my brother's good friends. it wasn't easy but now he is home and they are a happy family!

Melba you know that his daddy is in my prayers everyday and will be until he is home on US soil safe and sound.
I'm glad you sent me the pictures because I couldn't see them on here for some reason. He sure is adorable!

And I am keeping your family and the daddy in my prayers!! My fiance is actually leaving for Iraq at the end of Feb and wont be back until a month before our wedding ughh talk about stress.

But I am keeping your grandsons daddy in my prayers and hoping for his safe return!

It is my pleasure Melba....us moms have to stick together and support each other. I just wish I had met all of you when we were still in the planning stages of our wedding, but better late than never. I now have wonderful new friends which I hope will continue after all the weddings.
