Consumers-watch out

Just an FYI when you order through Consumers. We just placed our final order and they tried to sneak in little things here and there into our order.

For example:
-they said that we could pick any glass cabinet doors for $250, but thats for plain glass not any decorated glass
-tried to charge us extra for a fancy toe-kick that we did not request
-shelving in the large pantries are not included in the pantry price, you have to pay for the shelves. We wanted 5 shelves and of course they come in packages of 4 how convenient for them!
-they added fillers all over that we did not want
-wood lazy susans are way more expensive than plastic ones, of course they add the wood one in without even asking which you would prefer

Please keep this in mind, I wish someone informed me before I went.

Oh wow thats crazy! We are installing them with our dads so I never priced that all out.

Our countertop inludes installation because its silestone and custome fit.

My friends used them because of their low prices and have been waiting for the correct cabinets to come in for about 4-5 months now. They keep sending them damaged cabinets .
The worst part is that they haven't picked up any of the old cabinets...so they've got a ton of cabinets sitting all over their house!
