contact information

this is what i think we should do. everyone FM me the following information:

user name
yours & FH first names
wedding date
your birthday
RH
your e-mail address

& what i will do is make a spreadsheet of all the info & e-mail it to everyone so you don't have to search all the past posts to find out information.

then i also think maybe another BOTW task should be that begining january of 09 they post the birthdays for the week.

what does everyone think??
any other suggestions??

i am setting up a spreadsheet of the listed info so that when we want to know date twins or hall twins we can just refer to the spreadsheet instead of searching the old posts. i also added in birthdays & what the BOTW will do is starting in jan 2009 they will lists the birthdays for that week so everyone can wish them a happy birthday. plus once weddings are over we can update the spreadsheet for anyone who wants to keep in touch afterwards.
