We have been looking in this area too, but mainly just going to open houses. We haven't dealt with any specific realtors yet. I'm sorry I don't have any great advice, just good luck!

Northport is very nice! you have a great little town by the water and its very relaxed! I love northport!

Northport is very nice. Be prepared to spend a lot on village taxes and on the houses in general. My brother lives there.

We are looking in Northport!!! Gorgeous area! Expensive but so worth it!!!
