if in the original contract i had added seafood boat option, but now i'm considering removing it is this allowed?
i'm thinking theres already so much food during cocktail hour, why waste the money for it.

I am sure at the menu finalization this can be done. Talk to the BM now about it! I changed the time of my reception with no problem!

We made lots of changes since we first signed the contract. Since you are getting married in 06 I dont see it being a problem making any changes from now till then.

You could add or remove as many things as you wish...it's your wedding and your money! For example, if you originally signed for 7 courses (choices) and want to drop it to 3...you should be able to...you're paying!

Yes you can change things, add and take away. You should not have a problem. If you do I would make a stink about it.
