contract question on menu plus hotel stay (Harrison House)
What should be included in my catering/location contract? We're having the ceremony and reception at Harrison House. What should be included? Shouldn't they give us a copy of our menu now that we've chosen it, in writing? What about services such as indoor pool/upstairs pub etc. for our guests. Do we need to get that those will be accessible to our overnight guests (many of us are staying all weekend). Help!!!!!

they will probably not give you your menu persay - they will instead write what is inlcude (ie - 6 cold items, 12 hot items, 3 choices for dinner, etc) i think you usually pick the food closer to the date.....i don't know about the rest b/c our guests are staying off the premises for ours.....sorry!

I would think so, but I am not sure. I think you should rename this thread for Contracts for Harrison House brides, because of the different nature (staying over, pool and pub) I think that they would be the best ones to answer this for you.
