Contract Signing Question -update I believe we're in contract!!!
Once you signed your half of the contract as the buyer, how long did it take for the seller to sign?

it just depends how long it takes them to get to their attorney's office and sign... i think it was 2 days after my attorney submited our contracts to their attorney... but about a week and a half after I actually signed...

We signed 5/23 with the urging of realtor to sign as soon as humanly possible.
The seller then got stuck at work and postponed then their attorney was away then seller was away - we got REALLY nervous.
Seller signed 6/1 and it became official on 6/3 when we received the contract back signed.

Yes you are in Contract now, And so are we. Danielle called the lawyer before and he said the seller signed the contract.....Woohoo

You are actually not officially in contract until your attorney gets the signed seller copies back in your hands.
