Hello ladies - FH and I are signing our contract tonight at the Inn at NHP and I have a list of things to make sure are on the contract, but any advice about what I should look for - anything you overlooked that you wish you hadn't? Please help! Many thanks!

hmm if they verbally promised you any extras just make sure they are in the contract.. good luck and congrats! the inn is gorgeous!

make sure your not tied into any vendors, ask about how they coordinate more than 1 event (not sure if its a 1 wedding at a time place), ask about any cake cutting fee or corkage feel, vendor meals and children meal prices

yeah i personally didnt come across this but i know of a few girls that were surpirsed with it after they signed so i just always make it a point to bring it up.....welcome

I feel like I am hearing about a ton of little extra fees. Maybe ask to see a complete list of their extras that are offered.
That way you will know everything that isn't included. I kind of wish I could see the packet that is sent to girls a few months before their weddings at my RH.
For example, girls on here were saying it is $150 extra for 'extra tables' being used...meaning that we have to have an avg of 12 people per table. Just stupid little things.
