Cookie Cutters

I posted this on the recipe borad, but I figured I would get a an answer quicker over here. I figured I would ask the mothers, they know everything!

For those of you who bake...
Is there any difference between plastic, aluminum and copper cookie cutters? Do any of them make a 'better' cookie?

i am not a mom yet but know i like either the aluminum or copper a little better...i do have some plastic that are good but others are crap...it depends on the qulity of the cutter itself i think, i find the more flexible the cutter is, the harder it can be to use and/or the less 'life' it will give you....all in all, they all work pretty good though!
