cookie favor wrapping (with poll!!)

So I'm having issues finding 4x4 white boxes for my cookie favors. (wedding cake with daisys)

I can get 100 cellophane bags for about $12 or I can get these cute petal boxes for about $100 (big difference in price) (note: the smaller petal box on the right)

Which do you think would be better? I would put a label on the box and on the cellophane bag I would add ribbon and a tag.

I'm attaching pics of cookies, the petal box and a cookie in a cellophane bag (for example. this is NOT my cookie or anything)

the cello bad, if wrapped well, allows you to actually see the cookie - and is a terrific way of showing off such a cute favor! Dress it up with a pretty tag, as you mentioned. I think it is great.

that's what I was thinking too! Do I really want to hide such a pretty cookie in a box? I mean the box is elegant and all, but the cookies are just so cute! And what will people do with the box - throw it away, right?

Although the boxes are adorable - the cookies are gorgeous and I wouldn't hide them in a box. Use some tiny fake flowers and pretty ribbon to dress them up

The boxes are really cute! but considering the difference in price, Id go with the cello bags, and like the other girls said at least everyone will get to see how cute they are on the table!

I bought glossy 4x4 white favor boxes from PaperMart.com. I would check that site if you are still looking. I think I bought 65-70 boxes and it came to $25.

That said, I think the cellophane would be a terrific option no matter what! I would use a wider ribbon that complements the color of your cookie.

I like the look of a box, but you girls have a really good point about hiding the cookies - so I think the bag will be better

The box is cuet, but I voted for the cello bags... The whole point of the cookie is to SEE the cookie. It's so cute, you shouldn't cover it up with a cute box, then the 'favor' becomes the cute box, not the cute cookie. b/c most pepole won't take it out of the box to display, but if it's in the cello bag, then it will shine through with it's cuteness...
