Cooking 30 minutes or Less

Rachel Ray has another book out with her recipes. I have tried several of them from watching her show and they always come out good. Also her recipes are very easy.

I like her shows too, but what bugs me is that she always happens to have ripened avocado all sliced up, fresh herbs already cleaned and cut, and everything else under the sun that would take a normal person an hour to prepare, already prepared in her fridge.

Also, her show $40 a day....she is a cheap tipper!

Misty...I can't believe how bad a tipper she is!!! I'd be embarrassed to admit that!!!

I love all her recipes too!

She also says she has her vegetables pre-washed. She says that once she comes from the grocery store she washes everything immediately. Only downside to that is that vegetables, especially greenery (like lettuces) dont stay as fresh as long and must be used pretty close to when you wash it. You can wash things the night before and have them ready for when you get home though.
