How do you cook salmon on the bbq? Do you put it in tin foil or use on of those grill baskets, etc. What seasonings do you use? Looking for all types of new ideas...Thanks?

the only kind of fish I've cooked on the bbq was salmon and we used one of those basket things. My FI made tuna steaks once, and we made some maranade of soy sauce, honey and somthing else that I just can't remember right now. Its driving me nuts. If I think of it I'll let you know!

I love BBQ salmon. I cook it in foil, usin a lemon, butter, basil marinade.
