so im excited, haha! im about to start cooking and make baked ziti and chicken parmesian for the first time, haha! i have cooked many times but only simple dinners and something like this i have not and it will be my first time, so wish me luck =P haha.. i hope it comes out great where FH will be very suprised and loveee it, haha!
i actually got an easy recipe out of the internet for the baked ziti! :) any of you girls have done baked ziti or chicken parme!? if so and you dont mind sharing your recipes thatd be great cause id love to see how you girls made yours, if its the same i have from the internet or maybe even easier!? hehe! its nice to get recipes from especially people who have done them themselves already! :)
Good, luck, I'm sure he'll LOVE it. I haven't made baked ziti, but I have made chck parm. I just make breaded chicken cutlets with sauce and mozzerella on top. SO GOOOOD!

are you making your own sauce? if so can help with that since dh and i make sauce every week. Chicken parm make it like chicken cutlets on the stove for a few mins then put the sauce and cheese on top and put it on the oven

FH LOVES my baked ziti. I actually made it for him last Friday. It might be too late for tonight, but FM me if you want me to send you my 'recipe.'

oh no we are not making our own sauce, haha! i'm not that good yet, haha! i hope to one day be able to make my own! maybe you can give me your recipe of how you make your own sauce and id LOVE to try to make it one day!? thanx hun! :)
by the way.. i didnt end up making the chicken parm or the baked ziti tonight because FH got home late from work so he had called me and told me to not bother cause he didnt know what time hed leave (since his dad went to portugal for new years he is the only one in charge of their buisness right now so he had to stay till late with the workers and finish up the job their doing since they have a short week this week).. so anyway, i think im making it tomorrow night! :) the chicken parm with the baked ziti! :)
i guess the chicken parm is just frying the cutlets with bread crumbs of course and than putting it in a tray and putting a nice layer of tomato sauce on top and sprinkle mozzorella cheese and parmesan.. right?? sounds easy, haha!
