Ok I decided to bake dinner tonight for FH and I, I am making my favorite meat: broiled lamb chops and I am trying something I never did before, roasted new red potatoes. (the small ones)
For those of you who know how it's done..I sprinkled olive oil on the potatoes and added salt and garlic. should I put a few foil sheets on top?? and I am baking at 350 degrees because I have the meat in there at the same time. Is that ok?
Thanks!!

Re: Cooking help!! Baking Dinner
I would for alittle while so it keeps the moisture in. When there is about 10 mins or so left I would take it off so they get crispy. Yes it is but put it onthe higher rack. GL

me too. I usually cut the potatoes as thin as I can so they come out close to being like chips. Tastes good and much healthier!
