cooking question

What is the difference between a non stick grill pan like this:

or just a regular non stick pan/skillet like this:

http://www.amazon.com/Cuisinart-Classic-Nonstick-Hard-Anodized-10-Inch/dp/B0001LO5FY/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=home-garden&qid=1255103955&sr=1-2

(besides the fact that the 1st one will make grill marks).
