Cool places for wedding pics

Hey guys,
Can anyone suggest of some cool places to take pics in Queens and Nassau.

there's the Wesbury Gardens, Eisenhower Park, Jones Beach, Wantagh Park, Astoria Park, Promenade, Prospect Park..

Someone told me about CW Post Campus, that the grounds are very beautiful.

I got married at the Queens County Farm Museum in Floral Parkl--from what I gather..you can have your pictures taken there too!

I took my engagement pictures at CW Post...I posted them a couple weeks ago on a thread. I was surprised how nice it was and cretaed a great backdrop. My photographer takes lots of wedding pictures there.

EAB plaza in garden city/uniondale hasa great area in case of foul weather.

Someone posted pictures taken in the Rose Garden at SUNY Farmingdale and it looked really nice.

For some you need permission, and you will need to pay a fee

I live a few blocks from the Queens County Farm Museum and I've never realized that people take pics or get married there but I saw pics that someone posted on this site (can't remeber who) and they were beautiful!!!

I'm using Clark Gardens you need a permit and to pay a fee but it isn't as high of a fee as needed for Old Westbury Gardens.

Very cute Jenn ...I really should have a party of some sort to break in the place (we haven't really had people over before because of the condition it was in...the only person who has really been here has been my parents and my FI's brother and sis-in-law...and can you believe that they told us not to buy the place, that we were wasting our money. To this day, they hate coming over, when got the furniture and place was finished I asked them over, they wouldn't come (and they live 10 minuets away), so I sent them pics via email, he still hasn't opened them. He's a putz!
